The Practical Framework

I offer one-to-one sessions, working with adults who feel drawn to this way of exploring themselves and their lives.

Sessions provide a structured but flexible space in which we can engage with what is present — psychologically, emotionally, and somatically — using conversation, breathwork, movement, meditation, or periods of quiet attention, depending on what is appropriate.

The work unfolds collaboratively rather than according to a fixed programme.
Sessions

-
Sessions are typically 60 minutes
-
We may meet weekly or fortnightly, depending on your situation and needs
-
Sessions can take place in person or online (if applicable — adjust as needed)
There is no expectation of long-term commitment, but depth-oriented work tends to benefit from continuity and regularity.

Fees

Initial Consultation (1.5 hours) - £75
Ongoing Session (1 hour) - £60
Breathwork (2 hours) - £90
I ask that payment is made in advance of each session unless otherwise agreed.
If finances are a concern, this can be discussed openly. I keep a small number of reduced-fee spaces when possible.

What I Ask of You

This work requires a degree of willingness and responsibility.

I ask that you:
-
Arrive on time and prepared to engage
-
Are open to reflection, honesty, and self-inquiry
-
Take responsibility for your own choices and actions
-
Communicate openly if something in the work feels difficult or unclear
-

This is not a passive process. Change happens through participation.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full, except in cases of genuine emergency.

A Note on Endings

Endings are an important part of meaningful work.
If you decide to stop working together, I encourage us to acknowledge this openly and, where possible, to bring the work to a considered close rather than simply disappearing.
