Confidential, age-appropriate education for secondary school students.

This workshop supports students in understanding the impact of online pornography and digital media on expectations, relationships, and wellbeing.

Designed for delivery within PSHE and Relationships & Sex Education (RSE), the session provides a balanced, evidence-informed approach to a topic that is increasingly relevant in the digital age.

I offer confidential 1-to-1 support for men working through pornography use, compulsive sexual behaviours, and related issues around shame, intimacy, and self-control.
