Session Details
A confidential, non-clinical session for men navigating compulsive or recurring patterns, often accompanied by shame or secrecy. We explore underlying patterns, emotional and relational context, and embodied experience through conversation, reflection, and somatic awareness. This session is intended to support self-understanding and integration alongside any other recovery work you may be doing.
Session Guidelines
Appointments Sessions are booked in advance through the online booking system. Please choose a time when you can be present and uninterrupted. Online sessions take place via Google Meet. A link will be provided after booking. Payment Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be fully refunded or rescheduled. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. I understand that life happens — please communicate as early as possible if something unexpected arises. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to a session, we will use the remaining time available. Sessions cannot be extended beyond the scheduled end time. Scope of Practice My work is holistic and therapeutic in nature, drawing on somatic awareness, breathwork, meditation, and reflective dialogue. I do not offer crisis support or emergency mental health services. If you are experiencing acute distress or are at risk of harming yourself or others, please contact your GP, local emergency services, or a crisis support line. Confidentiality All sessions are treated as confidential, except where there is a legal or ethical obligation to disclose information in order to prevent serious harm. Personal Responsibility Engaging in this work requires willingness, honesty, and personal responsibility. While I offer support, guidance, and presence, transformation cannot be guaranteed and does not come from being “fixed” by another person. Agreement By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to this booking policy.
