Movement

Movement is an important tool for processing and integrating our thoughts and feelings.

 

While some of us are comfortable in our bodies, others find basic movement a challenge, often inhibited by excessive self-consciousness or pain.

In practice, it's not about how we move or what we move but that we move.

 

All movement, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant, is a mode of self-expression and a pathway to wholeness.
