Meditation
Meditation is the practice of developing our faculty of awareness.
It helps us to come into the present moment and understand that, rather than needing to fix or control outcomes and events in our lives, all we need to do is make peace with the way things are, here and now.
Through learning to observe sensations in the body as they arise and pass away we develop a quality of acceptance that enables us to endure the many challenges that life throws at us.
