FELIX ORAM

AN EMBODIED APPROACH TO EMOTIONAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL CHANGE
Some periods in life cannot be resolved through solutions or strategies.

A relationship is unravelling, a familiar pattern has returned, the body is signalling distress, or life no longer makes sense in the way it once did.

My work is for people navigating these moments — not by bypassing them, but by meeting them directly.
I offer holistic, somatic, and depth-oriented therapeutic work for adults who want to understand what is happening within them, rather than be fixed, managed, or reassured.

Working with conversation, breathwork, movement, and meditation, I support people in facing difficult inner material, integrating lived experience, and developing a more honest relationship with themselves and their lives.
This is not work aimed at quick relief or surface change.
It is for those who are willing — even if uncertain or sceptical — to slow down, to look more closely, and to take responsibility for their own process of change.

This work may be particularly relevant if you are:

-
Between 30 and 50 years of age and facing a period of transition or rupture
-
Coming out of, or struggling within, a significant relationship or marriage
-
Living with patterns of addiction, compulsion, or avoidance
-
Experiencing physical symptoms that feel connected to emotional or psychological strain
-
Searching for meaning after familiar ways of coping have stopped working
